বিজ্ঞান বিভাগ থেকে এবারের এসএসসি পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিয়েছিল মোবাশ্বিরা ইসলাম। পরীক্ষা দেওয়ার পরপরই জিবে একটি অস্ত্রোপচার করার পর তার আর জ্ঞান ফেরেনি। ১ মাস ২২ দিনে তার মৃত্যুর শোক কাটিয়ে উঠেছিল পরিবার। সেই মোবাশ্বিরার ফল শুনে বাড়িতে কান্নার রোল পড়ে গেছে।
মোবাশ্বিরা ইসলাম এবারের এসএসসি পরীক্ষায় সব বিষয়ে জিপিএ-৫ পেয়েছে। তার ডাকনাম মোহনা। সে এবার নওটিকা মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয় থেকে বিজ্ঞান বিভাগ নিয়ে এসএসসি পরীক্ষা দিয়েছিল। মোবাশ্বিরার বাড়ি রাজশাহীর বাঘা উপজেলার নওটিকা গ্রামে। তার বাবা মহিরুল ইসলাম একজন স্কুলশিক্ষক।
পরিবার সূত্রে জানা যায়, মোবাশ্বিরা ইসলামের জিবে নিচে ছোট্ট সিস্ট হয়েছিল। সেটাই অস্ত্রোপচার করে অপসারণ করার জন্য রাজশাহী নগরের আল আমিন নামের একটি বেসরকারি হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করেছিলেন মা-বাবা। গত ২০ মার্চ সন্ধ্যার আগে মোবাশ্বিরার অস্ত্রোপচার সম্পন্ন হয়। এরপর চেতনা ফিরে পায়। কথা বলে। এরপর একজন নার্স এসে একটি ইনজেকশন দেন। তারপরই মোবাশ্বিরা অচেতন হয়ে পড়ে। একপর্যায়ে পরিস্থিতির অবনতি হলে তাকে রাজশাহী মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের নিবিড় পরিচর্যাকেন্দ্রে (আইসিইউ) ভর্তি করা হয়। সেখানে চিকিৎসাধীন অবস্থায় ভোর ৫টা ১০ মিনিটে তাকে মৃত ঘোষণা করা হয়। ২১ মার্চ বিকেলে জানাজা শেষে নওটিকা গ্রামে কবরস্থানে তাকে দাফন করা হয়।
মোবাশ্বিরার বাবা মহিরুল ইসলাম প্রথম আলোকে বলেন, রাজশাহীতে অস্ত্রোপচার করতে যাওয়ার সময় রাজশাহী কলেজ দেখে মাকে বলেছিল, ‘আমি রাজশাহী কলেজেই ভর্তি হব।’ আমার নম্বর ১ হাজার ২০০–এর ওপরেই থাকবে। তার কয়েক ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জিবে নিচে ছোট্ট একটি সিস্ট অস্ত্রোপচারে মোবাশ্বিরার মৃত্যু হয়। পরীক্ষার ফল প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর তার মা বিলাপ করছিলেন আর বলছিলেন, ‘আমার মেয়ে কলেজ দেখেই গেল। নম্বরও ১ হাজার ২০০–এর বেশিই পেল। কিন্তু কলেজে ভর্তি হওয়া হলো না।’
গত ১ মাস ২২ দিনে মোবাশ্বিরার বাড়িতে কান্না থেমেছিল। কিন্তু পরীক্ষার ফল প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পরে তার বাড়িতে আবার মাতম দেখা দিয়েছে। বাড়িতে যাঁরা আসছেন, মোবাশ্বিরার ফল শুনে কান্নায় ভেঙে পড়ছেন।
